Can I use Cozy Town in a commercial game or app?
Yes. The royalty-free license covers unlimited commercial and personal projects of your own — games, apps, films, renders and interactive experiences — with no attribution required. You may not resell or redistribute the files as they are, or use them to train generative models. Read the full license.
Which engines and tools does it work with?
Every model is glTF 2.0. Use glb/ for three.js and React Three Fiber, and dcc/ for Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine and Godot.
Can I change floors, colours and sizes without code?
Yes — 48 of the 50 models carries options and presets. Change them in the browser editor that comes with the pack and export the result as GLB. The files in the ZIP are the default versions.
Is the Hearthbrook Village scene included?
Yes, as a ready GLB in glb/cities/cozy-town-village.glb. It is 365 placements of 50 models from this pack, and every one of them is also in the ZIP on its own.
How heavy are the models?
At default settings the median model has 2,898 triangles and the largest 3,599. Web files use Draco geometry. Each model page lists its exact triangle, mesh, material and texture counts.
Will it line up with my other packs?
Yes. Every pack uses one unit per metre, +Y up, models facing −Z and the origin on the ground footprint, and the architectural packs are modelled life-size, so pieces from different packs sit together without rescaling.
Can I try it before buying?
Every model has its own page with a live 3D preview and its measured size. There are also free sample models under the same license.
