Lay out a yard
in minutes.
Factories, tanks, vehicles and site clutter share one metre scale and ground pivots, so they line up without rescaling.
Lay out a yard
Buildings, tanks, containers and vehicles share one metre scale, so a working yard is a few drops away.

Workshops, hangars, power and water plants — each a finished model at real-world size.
Heavy machinery
Excavator, cranes, mixer, forklift and trucks.
Clutter that sells it
Containers, dumpsters, barrels, reels, pallets and cabinets.
Fences, barriers, lights
Panel fences, gates, road barriers, floodlights and overpasses.

Warehouses, a cooling tower, water tanks, cranes, containers and trucks laid out as one working site.
Included ready-made: glb/cities/industrial-scene.glb — one file you can drop in as a level or take apart, next to the separate models it was built from.

Questions about Industrial
Can I use Industrial in a commercial game or app?
Yes. The royalty-free license covers unlimited commercial and personal projects of your own — games, apps, films, renders and interactive experiences — with no attribution required. You may not resell or redistribute the files as they are, or use them to train generative models. Read the full license.
Which engines and tools does it work with?
Every model is glTF 2.0. Use glb/ for three.js and React Three Fiber, and dcc/ for Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine and Godot. A ready URP package for Unity is also available from your account.
Can I change colours or sizes?
These are finished models rather than parametric ones. Materials are standard PBR, so recolour them in Blender or your engine. Everything is modelled at real metre scale, so resizing should not be needed.
Is the industrial yard scene included?
Yes, as a ready GLB in glb/cities/industrial-scene.glb. It is 205 placements of 70 models from this pack, and every one of them is also in the ZIP on its own.
How heavy are the models?
At default settings the median model has 1,764 triangles and the largest 22,430. Web files use Draco geometry and WebP textures. Each model page lists its exact triangle, mesh, material and texture counts.
Will it line up with my other packs?
Yes. Every pack uses one unit per metre, +Y up, models facing −Z and the origin on the ground footprint, and the architectural packs are modelled life-size, so pieces from different packs sit together without rescaling.
Can I try it before buying?
Every model has its own page with a live 3D preview and its measured size. There are also free sample models under the same license.
Is Industrial part of Lifetime All Access?
Yes. Lifetime All Access ($95) includes all nine packs — 1190 models — and every standard pack we release next, for one payment.
