Brown City
A modular city kit of brick buildings, streets, storefronts, foliage and urban props for warm, lived-in neighbourhoods.
All nine packs — 1190 models — plus every standard pack we release next. One payment, no subscription.
Mix every model.
No fix-ups.
Every building, prop and tree is modelled at real metre scale with its pivot on the ground, so a street comes together by dropping pieces next to each other.
Drop in a street
Buildings, props and trees share real metre scale and ground-level pivots, so a block comes together without a single fix-up.
Seventeen buildings
Brownstones, tenements, a cinema, a church and a firehouse — each a finished hero model with honest triangle counts.
Furniture for every kerb
Lamps, hydrants, benches, kiosks and bins to dress a street.
Signs and signals
Traffic lights, stop and speed signs, crossings and meters.
Trees, grass and ivy
Street trees, planters, grass patches and ivy that hangs off any wall.
Five clips shown.
75 models inside.
Five clips, a handful of models. Every one of the 75 has its own page with a live 3D preview and its measured size.

Questions about Brown City
Can I use Brown City in a commercial game or app?
Yes. The royalty-free license covers unlimited commercial and personal projects of your own — games, apps, films, renders and interactive experiences — with no attribution required. You may not resell or redistribute the files as they are, or use them to train generative models. Read the full license.
Which engines and tools does it work with?
Every model is glTF 2.0. Use glb/ for three.js and React Three Fiber, and dcc/ for Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine and Godot. A ready URP package for Unity is also available from your account.
Can I change colours or sizes?
These are finished models rather than parametric ones. Materials are standard PBR, so recolour them in Blender or your engine. Everything is modelled at real metre scale, so resizing should not be needed.
Is the Brown City block scene included?
Yes, as a ready GLB in glb/cities/block-01.glb. It is 1,241 placements of 64 models from this pack, and every one of them is also in the ZIP on its own.
How heavy are the models?
At default settings the median model has 494 triangles and the largest 20,472. Web files use Draco geometry and WebP textures. Each model page lists its exact triangle, mesh, material and texture counts.
Will it line up with my other packs?
Yes. Every pack uses one unit per metre, +Y up, models facing −Z and the origin on the ground footprint, and the architectural packs are modelled life-size, so pieces from different packs sit together without rescaling.
Can I try it before buying?
Every model has its own page with a live 3D preview and its measured size. There are also free sample models under the same license.
Is Brown City part of Lifetime All Access?
Yes. Lifetime All Access ($95) includes all nine packs — 1190 models — and every standard pack we release next, for one payment.
