Privacy

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run a shop and deliver your files. We don’t sell personal data.

What we collect

Your email and order history so you can access downloads; payment is handled by our payment processor — we never store card numbers.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for your login session and short-lived protected asset access, plus privacy-friendly aggregated analytics.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your verified email address and a unique account identifier with us. We use them to connect Google to your account and provide access to the same purchases and saved scenes. We do not request access to your Google Drive, contacts or mail. You can disconnect Google in Account settings and continue using email sign-in. We use a short-lived essential cookie to secure the sign-in process. Google processes the sign-in under its own Privacy Policy.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction or deletion at any time by emailing support@3d-asset.com.
