A whole street
from one pack.
Houses, yards, fences, trees and cars share one metre scale and ground pivots, so a street comes together by dropping pieces next to each other.
Build a cul-de-sac
Houses, fences, trees, cars and mailboxes share one metre scale, so a street comes together in minutes.
Cottages to colonials
Capes, ranches, colonials, duplexes and farmhouses, garages included.
Hedges by the metre
Hedges take length and height as parameters — run one along any lot line.
Everything out back
Trampolines, swings, gazebos, grills, pools and patio sets.
Cars for the driveway
An SUV, a pickup and a classic, at the same scale as the garages.
Five clips shown.
76 models inside.
Five clips, a handful of models. Every one of the 76 has its own page with a live 3D preview and its measured size.

Maple Grove
Houses, gardens, fences, trees and cars on their own lots along curving streets — a whole small town.
Included ready-made: glb/cities/maple-grove-suburban-town.glb — one file you can drop in as a level or take apart, next to the separate models it was built from.
Technical specs
Measured from the models themselves at their default settings — every model page lists its own counts and size.

glTF 2.0 is read by every major engine and editor. Which folder to take:
- three.js
glb/GLTFLoader with DRACOLoader. Web-ready: Draco geometry, WebP textures. - React Three Fiber
components/One typed component per model; drei’s useGLTF loads the matching file. - Blender
dcc/File ▸ Import ▸ glTF 2.0. Real metres, origin on the ground. - Unity
dcc/Import through Unity’s official glTFast package. - Unreal Engine
dcc/Unreal Engine 5 imports glTF directly. - Godot
dcc/Godot 4 imports .glb natively — copy the dcc/ files into the project. They carry no Draco, which Godot cannot decode.
In the ZIP
Flat files, nothing to install. No package.json, no tool-chain, no version lock-in — unzip it and the models are there.
glb/glTF 2.0, Draco geometry, WebP textures. Plus catalog.glb — the whole kit on one grid — and the pre-built scenes.
dcc/Same models without Draco, with PNG/JPEG textures, for Blender, Unity, Unreal and Godot — no decoder needed.
components/Typed React Three Fiber components, one per model. Nothing pinned, nothing installed.

Questions about Suburban
Can I use Suburban in a commercial game or app?
Yes. The royalty-free license covers unlimited commercial and personal projects of your own — games, apps, films, renders and interactive experiences — with no attribution required. You may not resell or redistribute the files as they are, or use them to train generative models. Read the full license.
Which engines and tools does it work with?
Every model is glTF 2.0. Use glb/ for three.js and React Three Fiber, and dcc/ for Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine and Godot.
Can I change colours or sizes?
These are finished models rather than parametric ones. Materials are standard PBR, so recolour them in Blender or your engine. Everything is modelled at real metre scale, so resizing should not be needed.
Is the Maple Grove scene included?
Yes, as a ready GLB in glb/cities/maple-grove-suburban-town.glb. It is 400 placements of 73 models from this pack, and every one of them is also in the ZIP on its own.
How heavy are the models?
At default settings the median model has 522 triangles and the largest 7,108. Web files use Draco geometry and WebP textures. Each model page lists its exact triangle, mesh, material and texture counts.
Will it line up with my other packs?
Yes. Every pack uses one unit per metre, +Y up, models facing −Z and the origin on the ground footprint, and the architectural packs are modelled life-size, so pieces from different packs sit together without rescaling.
Can I try it before buying?
Every model has its own page with a live 3D preview and its measured size. There are also free sample models under the same license.
Is Suburban part of Lifetime All Access?
Yes. Lifetime All Access ($95 early price for the first 100 buyers, then $125) includes all eleven packs — 1294 models — and every standard pack we release next, for one payment.
